Canon Pixma Ip3300

Canon printer?
i got a Canon Pixma ip3300 at a party and i have a problem i cannot use the front paper tray to print paper from i go to prefernces and set it to front and it still tries to print from back
Use the BUTTON on the printer to set FRONT or BACK.
