How can I make my printer print out my document? It is a Canon BJC-4300 and I got the ink last Saturday.

thereis dry ink in print heads of your printer, i guarantee thats the problem (that is assuming your printer is ok, and you have installed cartridge correctly).

click Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Printers (and Faxes). right click on the icon with your printer name. click properties. look for a tab that say “tools” or “utilities” or “service” or something similar. there usially in a “clean print heads” (or something with the same meaning) button in it. insert paper into your printer and click that button. you might have to try in a couple of times.

the only other problems i can think of that would produce this result would be (1) cartridge is not instaled correctly (2) there’s something wrong with the printer (3) bad cartridge. in this order of probabilty.
