Casio Exilim
Which Casio Exilim model should I get based on what I want?
I’ve only had hands-on experience with the Z700 and I like it a lot. It’s pretty slim, has decent zoom, and has good shutter.
I’m not a camera fanatic, but if I’m going to throw money into a camera I’m going to a good one. Casio Exilims seem great so I’d just like to shop for those.
I also like the Z700 because of the fact that when you take pictures, there isn’t anything else on the screen like there is on some other Exilim.
Other than that, I just need need a color other than grey, good button placement (but I think all Exilims have about the same buttons), and a good shutter speed.
I just need to know if there is a better Exilim than the Z700 at about the same price that would fit my needs.

Oh, and I don’t really need anything over 7.5 Mega Pixels.
The going price for the Z700 online is about $170, so I used that as a price qualifier…I could really only find it on Amazon, guess it’s an older model.
For about that price with similar features, I’d suggest looking at the Exilim EX-Z75 (Link 1). 7.2 megapixels, 3x zoom, 2.6″ LCD. It seems to most closely match the specs of the EX-Z700 you posted earlier, and is available for around $170 in silver, blue, pink, and black. See Link 2 for the different colors and prices.
