Can I use Adobe Photoshop to edit RAW photos from a Canon G10?
I am thinking about buying a Canon G10. One of the things that makes this camera appealing to me is the option to shoot photos in RAW format. I am pretty good at Photoshop, having worked in marketing for a number of years and would like to tinker around with some photos just for the fun of it.
Can I use Photoshop CS3 or CS4 for this? Or does Canon require you to use their own proprietary software?
Here is the link to the RAW plug-in for the G10 … as you will notice, you have to have the latest version of Photoshop (CS4) or Lightroom (2.1 or 2.2)
